The founder of HR Initiatives, Julie Farschman, PHR, is a Human Resources and business leader with over 20 years in Human Resources and also operations departments such as sales, customer relations, and administration. Julie has directed all aspects of the HR strategy, while advising CEOs, executive leadership, and staff on a wide range of issues. Julie has served clients in industries such as engineering, architecture, commercial construction, consumer products, IT services, medical equipment manufacturing and non-profits, giving her a wide variety of experience with differing types of companies and employees.
Julie is also a Certified Behavioral Analyst and Coach, focusing on pre-employment assessments, teambuilding and career growth, having mentored professionals at many stages of their careers. She effectively uses her training, teambuilding and development abilities and is certified in the use of the Harrison Assessment and Advanced DISC.
She supplies companies with professional HR expertise when they are worried about costs associated with compliance, turnover, and low engagement. Julie offers help with training, coaching, performance management, recruiting and the HR set up needed to positively impact the full employee life cycle. Julie partners with other professionals in HR and training, as well as related areas such as payroll, health and welfare benefits, offering her clients a team to help deliver exactly what the client needs.
Julie is a member of SHRM and SHRM-Atlanta. She founded the Cannon UMC Job Search Support Group. Additionally, she has spoken at local groups on a variety of topics including Careers at Brookwood High School, customer service skills, communication and more at area associations such as the Georgia Engineers PDH Day and Future Leaders Program.
